By reverse‑engineering the original parts and producing them additively, reliable spare parts were created to ensure continued operation of the pump without the need for full system replacement.

The parts are dimensioned at 75 × 75 × 30 mm and Ø 146 × 68 mm, with a combined weight of under 100 g. With an expected annual demand of around 10 pieces, additive manufacturing is considered the ideal solution, as tooling costs are avoided and on‑demand production is enabled.
