    Participants can handle materials in a safe and defined manner from the original batch to the manufacturing process and the subsequent process steps. It is clearly defined where to find which information about the material or how to handle it.

    Prior knowledge

    Requested: Basic knowledge of the materials used in the technology

    knowledge

    Knowledge in the area of material management for additive manufacturing processes is imparted. The participants acquire knowledge about

    ▪ Batch control

    ▪ Storage of materials

    ▪ Preparation of materials for the manufacturing process (e.g., mixing, sieving, etc.)

    ▪ Transport of materials (avoidance of contamination, documentation)

    ▪ Removal of material from the plant and return to the material cycle

    ▪ Labeling of material batches in the various processing stages (material history)

    ▪ Handling of material documentation (material data sheets, safety data sheets, ..)
