German manufacturer of advanced drones, Third Element Aviation improved production process of their Auriol drone with help of Fiberthree and Thought3D.

A key challenge was maintaining component quality, as their 3D printing material, Fiberthree’s F3 PA-CF Pro, absorbed moisture, risking performance issues. Thought3D's innovative solution, Drywise, an in-line filament dryer, was integrated into the production process. Drywise successfully maintained optimal moisture levels during printing, leading to quicker drying times, more consistent print quality, reduced material waste, and preserved filament properties, enhancing the overall performance of the Auriol drones.
