FOOKE GmbH

FOOKE GmbH is a medium-sized family business based in Borken, North Rhine-Westphalia, and employs around 200 people. Founded in 1904, the company is now managed by Johannes Fooke and Hendrik Fooke in the fourth and fifth generation. FOOKE has been manufacturing large 5-axis milling machines for over 30 years, many of which are used as portal milling machines in various designs. Customers from various industrial sectors rely on FOOKE’s ENDURA machines. They are used in the aerospace, rail vehicle and automotive industries, among others. Since its foundation 120 years ago by Heinrich Fooke, the company has embedded a continuous enthusiasm for technology and progress in its corporate culture. This principle has been pursued from generation to generation. The FOOKE family business is characterized by an inexhaustible wealth of ideas. In addition to portal milling machines, which represent FOOKE’s core business, the company has been extremely successful in the field of FSW (friction stir welding systems) for several years and has recently also been active in additive manufacturing. Additive manufacturing is extremely interesting for FOOKE and represents a perfect addition to the existing product portfolio.
