DEEP Manufacturing has heavily invested in Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and a robust supporting infrastructure, we’re able to manufacture component parts production volumes up to 2.8 meters by 3.2 meters. Additionally, our advanced multi-arm technology allows us to support part production with volumes up to 6.1 meters in diameter, 3.2 meters in height. Our capability presents significant opportunities for the offshore, maritime, mobility, and energy sectors, particularly for low-volume metal part production at large scale. With 20 WAAM systems at our Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence in the UK, we operate one of the largest concentrations of WAAM systems in Europe and globally.
