toolcraft has been manufacturing 3D-printed precision parts since 2011. As a tier-one supplier, the company can offer the entire process chain in-house – from design and simulation (topology optimisation, FEM calculation) through production (incl. vacuum furnace) to finishing and optical, tactile and non-destructive testing. The entire process is Nadcap certified. TÜV SÜD has also added its quality seal.

Since 2020 AMbitious powered by toolcraft is Siemens’ NX AM Smart Expert Partner and Reseller. As a partner for AM consulting, training and software, AMbitious provides support along the entire AM process chain – from strategy consulting to manufacturing process implementation and certification support. The portfolio also includes training on additive manufacturing (Basic, Expert and Choose your own Level) as well as Siemens’ NX software (https://www.am-bitious.de).
