A brilliant product developer is nothing without the technology to implement their ideas. But a lack of suitable materials for 3D printing has prevented many designers from breaking new ground — a challenge we've solved.
Recently, one of our clients needed a hinge without any moving parts. After discussing how the hinge would perform as well as the characteristics needed, we solved the dilemma. Using our material-science experience and production savvy, we figured out how to print a flexible pink shell directly onto two rigid cores, creating a hinge with no moving parts — something that may not have even existed before.
